As both a former Chief Legal Officer and Chief Operating Officer, he brings the perspective of an executive who understands how legal decisions affect operations, growth, and enterprise value.Matthew has led acquisitions, divestitures, sale readiness, due diligence, negotiations, and post-closing integration from both the legal and operational sides of the table.
